My creative expression rests in the realms of songwriting and music production and serves as a deepening into spaces of meditation, spiritual exploration and healing.

Lately, I’ve become wildly curious about the fundamental frequencies that live in nature and how they can be captured to form the foundation of a piece of music. I love to work with raw recordings and ambience, highlighting seemingly mundane sounds to form instruments and percussive elements, while harnessing the patterns and natural rhythms that effortlessly exist. This way of exploring feels like my way of honoring life, land and the present moment.
